By accessing or using the Tiny Hour Studios website (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This is a working draft that will be finalized before public launch.

The site is provided for informational and marketing purposes: to present Tiny Hour's games and platform and to let interested organizations get in touch. It is not a place to purchase products or create an account.

You should be able to form a binding agreement to use the site. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so on that organization's behalf.

The site includes previews of games such as Gridlock and Slitherlink. These previews are provided for demonstration and evaluation only.

Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. Among other things, do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site, access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or use it to infringe others' rights or violate applicable law.

The site and its content — including text, graphics, game designs, and the games themselves — are owned by Tiny Hour Studios or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. “Tiny Hour Studios,” “Gridlock,” and “Slitherlink” are names and brands used by Tiny Hour Studios. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the content except as permitted by these terms or with our permission.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or other submissions, Tiny Hour may use them without any obligation to you. Please do not send confidential information you do not want us to use, and only submit information you have the right to share.

The site may link to third-party websites or services that Tiny Hour does not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Tiny Hour may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and does not guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free.

The site and its previews are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
